Booking LessonsTo contact us please phone or e-mail and feel free to ask any questions about training. Courses can be arranged from
1 hour to 10 hours each week. Availability
for tuition and tests: For Pass Plus, night–time driving is arranged. Training is designed to suit each individual and to fit in with you within the times above. Weekly LessonsLearning on a weekly basis is usually more successful than an intensive course, allowing for experience to be gained between lessons if access to a car is possible. Weekly lessons also allow time to study for the theory test alongside your practical lessons which will benefit your practical driving and can potentially save you money! 2 hour lessons are recommended as more can be learnt in a 2 hour lesson than in two 1 hour lessons. An extra benefit with 2 hour lessons is that a wider range of roads can be covered which gives you a more complete training. Intensive coursesIf an intensive course is required then each training session will be no longer than 2 hours, up to a maximum of 5 training sessions in a week (10 hours). Intensive courses are conducted from Mondays to Fridays only and it is possible to have 2 training sessions on one day. Please contact us for more details if required. What you will needBefore you book any lessons you will need to make sure that you have a provisional licence ready for your first training session. If you need any help about obtaining a licence please contact us. The provisional licence should cover category B and the start date must be valid. Your eyesight will need to be to the required standard. You need to be able to read a standard number plate at 20.5 metres (67 feet). If you have any doubts about your eyesight have them checked by an optician. If glasses or contact lenses are needed, then they must be worn at all times when driving. |
